His investment and advisory roles have covered diverse property types, from mixed-use multifamily buildings to luxury waterfront residential homes and large-scale mixed-use developments with international tenants. Furthermore, he has invested in a major storage and warehouse development company with projects nationwide.

During the mid-2010s, he served in a principal capacity, managing financial instruments and overseeing the acquisition and disposal of residential real estate mortgages, note portfolios, and consumer debt portfolios. Known for his analytical understanding, he managed the firm's finances, encompassing budget development, revenue cycle management, and financial reporting. His market research was pivotal in identifying profitable development opportunities and minimizing risks.

He developed and managed multiple hotel properties throughout the U.S., negotiating contracts with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects were completed on time and within budget. His marketing strategies significantly enhanced sales and maximized ROI.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois.

Hirsh enjoys tennis, reading, and traveling when not immersed in business development. His passion for tennis began in his youth and remains strong. He shares the game with his two children and friends. He also takes every opportunity to travel with his children, exploring new places and cultures.
